Absolute Insurance Brokers Ltd was founded by eminent Nigerians of proven integrity and professional distinction. As a subsidiary of Zylus Group International, we combine deep local understanding with global best practices to deliver unmatched intermediation services in the insurance industry.

We are a duly registered company by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) — RC No. 6939140 — and licensed by NAICOM under the Nigeria Insurance Industry Reform Act 2025 as an Insurance Broker with Certificate of Registration Number RBC–1182.

The company is envisioned to lead the market in the provision of intermediation services anchored on innovative insurance products specifically designed for both individual and business needs.

Founder and chairman of Gran Imperio Group, the holding company of Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Leisure and Tourism companies in Nigeria. With over 13 years in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and involvement in the development of over 2,500 housing units. A key facilitator of international trade through the Association for International Business (AIB) with presence in over 200 member countries.

Served as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to numerous companies and is the Managing Partner of FLIRM Solicitors in Ikeja, Lagos. Member of NIPR, CIIN, ICMC, and the Nigerian Bar Association.
